Effective Control and Predictability in Budget Execution

In managing any business a budget, is very critical since it dictates the execution of the work plan both in short term and long term. Irrespective of having a well laid out work plan poor budgeting process easily makes the work plan unrealistic and discrediting the planners unavoidable. Some of the issues may include insufficient materials, adjusting costing, removing and additions of personnel, are inevitable etc.

This definitely jeopardizes the implementations. The prerequisite to this is possession of the technical skills, knowledge and competences to realize the necessity for a sound and realistic budget to manage. Acts of inefficiency and poor performance based on the budgetary controls will be things of the past.

This course focuses at equipping participants with necessary skills and core competences required in managing and controlling organizational budget with a fall backs lens.
